Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Site consultations within 60 miles of Kenedy are free. Beyond that we charge a small travel fee that is credited toward your project.
What areas do you serve?
Our crews work across the South Texas Plains and Coastal Bend, including Karnes, Wilson, DeWitt, Goliad, Bee, Live Oak, Atascosa, Gonzales, Bexar and Victoria counties. Seed and plants ship throughout Texas.
How long does a native pasture take to establish?
Expect visible seedlings in the first season and a solid stand in 2–3 growing seasons, depending on rainfall. Native grasses invest in roots first.
Can I pick up seed or plants in person?
Yes. Visit our yard at 6357 State Highway 239, Kenedy, TX 78119, Monday–Friday 8–5 and Saturday 9–1. Please call ahead for large orders.
Do you sell wholesale?
We offer wholesale pricing to licensed landscapers, municipalities and contractors. Contact us with your tax ID for a wholesale account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks and ACH bank transfers. Larger projects require a 30% deposit with the balance due on completion.
Is your seed tested?
Every lot is tested by an accredited lab for germination and purity and is sold with a Texas seed label showing PLS.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee seed quality and workmanship. Because establishment depends on rainfall, we offer a discounted re-seeding program if a stand fails due to drought in year one.
Can you help with wildlife tax valuation?
We can provide habitat plans, seeding records and photos that support your wildlife management plan. We recommend confirming requirements with your county appraisal district.
