Pickup
Orders may be picked up free of charge at 6357 State Highway 239, Kenedy, TX 78119 during business hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Shipping
- Seed ships within Texas via ground carrier or freight; stock blends ship in 2–4 business days.
- Live plants are delivered locally by our own truck within 100 miles of Kenedy.
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and shown on your invoice.
Returns & Refunds
- Unopened stock seed may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Custom blends are mixed to order and are non-refundable.
- Plants damaged on arrival must be reported within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or credit.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Service projects may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations may forfeit costs already incurred.
